Awards amendment - 2 Gun deleted from the Nov 2016 registered match, Nesika Cup , Little River (Eagle Park SSAA Range)

The Melbourne Benchrest Committee has revised the awards for the registered match on Sat 5th Nov 2016.

The 2 Gun 1st, 2nd and 3rd placing awards have been deleted and replaced with an outright winner award;

Nesika Cup Winner – Highest 5 target aggregate score regardless of class

The following remain in place and will be awarded;
 
HG -1st Place
HG -2nd Place
HG – 3rd Place
 
LG -1st Place
LG -2nd Place
LG – 3rd Place
 
HG – High Score
HG – Smallest Group
 
LG – High Score
LG – Smallest Group
 
Trophies will be presented for each award. In addition the outright winner will receive a box of Lapua 6br brass and the class winners will also receive a prize (still to be determined).
 
Please note the awards for the 2017 Nationals  are subject to the current rulebook and remain unchanged.

Hi Nick,

That is great to see !!

Now EVERYONE that comes has the chance to be the outright winner and if you shoot two classes you have two chances.

I think that is much more in keeping with the heritage of Fly and certainly in tune with what the majority of shooters want to see.
