Batemans Bay Results

Hi All,

Another great weekend of Fly Shooting has been run and won in Batemans Bay.  The weather was very enjoyable, fairly difficult breeze on Saturday kept scores down a bit, but Sunday was a cracker for the 300.  Big thank you to all the volunteers who made it possible and to Peter van Meurs for the fantastic job scoring once again.

Full results are here - See all the tabs at the bottom for each class.

Thanks Anthony for posting the results & thanks also from all the shooters who attended the 1st match for 2015 @ the Bay last weekend. As usual it was a very well organised event that went off without a hitch!

Big efforts from Pete Varley & Johnny McQuire who travelled from Qld to attend.

Congrats to Tyson who is showing no signs of letting up after last years Heavy & Light rifle SOOTY titles.

The big story  though is Nick Aagrens heavy gun win. This is an example of how hard work & perseverance WILL pay off. Nick's been thereabouts for a few years now and thoroughly deserved his win. I'm sure he will continue to do well for the rest of the year.

For those that are interested I have just posted a dozen or so pics to this site...simply click on the photos tab on the home page, then click on a photo which will bring up the full pic & then scroll through the 5 pics per page.

Regards,
Belly
