Christmas Break

Hi all flyshooters and readers of the forum Alison and I would like to wish you all a merry christmas and in the lead up to the 2017 season hope you all have a very safe holiday. It is just starting December i know but time now gets busy for me and i am sure others as well.

Some of the highlights this year have been Australian Records to Anthony Small Group LG and Keagan for the 200yd rimfire National Records.

Vince needs a mention for the tremendous effort he is putting in at Belmont where shooting the fly is a booked event now well done mate.

The organizers of shoots and the competitors who shoot this great discipline well done.

Hopefully in 2017 we can support the new clubs coming online like Mudgee and grow the sport even further.

I know 2016 has had some mixed issues but the main focus has always been to keep the shoot as it is and we are all striving for this common goal.

Good luck to all and get ready for the 2017 Nationals in Little River, having shot there many times it would be an advantage to brush up on your wind reading skills.

Good Luck and merry Chrissy
Alison, Les, Mavis, Berryl.
shooting well is more a mental control of your thoughts than just pulling the trigger........
