I've just come from Aldi where they are selling extendable spider web brush poles…..extends to about 4 meters in 1 meter sections, twist lock up, $15.00 each.
I'll use them when my old flag poles rust out, which won't be long.
You'll have to solve the issue of how to stand them up & how to attach the flags but you would have to do that with what ever system you choose…
I bought 4 but I think I might go & get a few more..
