Pending new fly record (small group)

  

Congratulations to Anthony Hall on a "pending" new 500m fly record target for small group. absolute screamer of a group and one that I think will stand for some time to come. It was measured at 0.589.

Sure, no problems at all.

It is a Stolle Panda Action, with a Lilja 8 twist barrel in 6BR, Mcmillan Stock, Night Force 12-42x scope shooting the fantastic 103 Copperheads over AR2208.

That's it, just get the same spec rifle as Anthony, add 5-10 years match practice, the right detail and a smudge of luck in your side and your good.....oh and good wind calls lol. It's not as hard as you think 😂

Don't get me wrong I'm not saying Anthony was 'lucky' in shooting that group, I was there and he earned it, wasn't an easy day of shooting by any means. My point of luck is I think we all need a little bit of it on our side with every good target. That point in time where conditions become perfect for 'you' to shoot that one small group. Some of us take it some don't.

Anthony's achievement was spectacular and I know both he and Les were over the moon with there achievement. And so they should be

No mate I didn't take it that way I took it as you were joking.. My reference to you was said in jest. I know very well how hard it would be to shoot around the 1/2 inch at 500.
