Pro Cal Canberra

For those that missed a great shoot at Canberra the weather was great the shoot ran like clockwork and all done and dusted by early afternoon. Well done Dave Groves and the Team.

Special thanks to Luke Easter for the great prize table, we  all very much appreciate your ongoing support for fly shooting.

Conditions were reasonably unpredictable and damage control of your targets certainly was the strategy for the day but in saying that congratulations to the competitors who placed well.

To the winners Anthony Bending  Heavy Gun who shot his smallest caliber ever for the biggest result well done mate glad you are back shooting the fly and good to see you at the pointy end of the placings.

To Deane Thrower well done mate great result and glad to see you back in the winners circle with a great display of marksman ship to take out LG.


Barry Tucker- record target- Smallest Group for Heavy Gun was a ripper and it is so good for the sport to have records like this being shot at difficult ranges as well.

Personally the sport is growing and the scores are certainly reflecting this, as soon as i can get the full results up they will be on the site.
