Hi Anthony      the idea of letting people shoot what ever they bring along to a shoot
                           is a great  way to let people participate in a fly shoot  - as long as they know
                        that they can't win the shoot  are be included in the score ranking on the day
                             you never know  -- the fly BUG might bite them  --  and it might just be enough
                        for them to get a rifle that would be within the rules
                           the idea of Les's  loan rifles could be a way for them to compete in a regular shoot
                               there are lots of great ideas appearing on this forum
