Hi Dale,

I believe that the Range Resistration stuff for Belmont is already done (but please check with Annie),
 
It should simply be a matter of letting one of your state delegates know the dates you intend to run registered matches,  get them to approve the dates and put them in the magazine for you.  They will also arrange a delegate for you and it should be good to go.
