Hi Tony,
A great selection of components, good stock.... as for the action I like the Stolle actions a lot, I am not sure exactly what the difference between the Grizzly and the Panda are.... but have a look at the Panda F class action.... its about the same price and has the 20moa rail integrated into the action. Scopes are a personal and financial choice between NF & March, either will do the job very well. Calibre ..... can of worms here, but statistics are showing that the 6mm's based on the BR case are dominating at the moment....6BR, 6BRX, Dasher etc, but 6x47, 6.5x47 or indeed 6.5x55 are all reasonable choices.
Importing it complete from Kelbly's might be more hassle and cost than you think.... it might be worth talking to Pete VM or one of the other australian gun smiths about ordering the components through them and having them build it in Australia for you.
You are definitely on the right track with this type of rifle though regardless of what colour you paint it....
Cheers
Anthony
