Batemans Bay - June 500 & 200 Fly Shoot

It is that time again..... Here are the details of our shoot next month.

27st & 28nd  June 2015
Hosted by Batemans Bay SSAA range
200 and 500 Fly

Batemans Bay Branch of SSAA will be hosting the “NSW State FLY Titles” on the weekend of the 27st  and 28thJune 2015 at the Deep Creek Shooting Complex (41/2 klm South of the Batemans Bay Bridge, turn right into SSAA  road).  This will be a registered event and count toward Shooter Of The Year.
 
Saturday 27st will be Centrefire 500 Metre 5 target competition, 9am start with a practice / warmer target.  There will be trophies and SSAA State medals for place getters, along with our  Batemans Bay 500m Fly Patches on offer for the event.
Bench draw will available by 19th  June.
 
Sunday 28nd will be Rimfire 200 yard, practice and sign in from 8am, competition to commence from 9-30am. Trophy to the winner and medals for places, best target and best group will be awarded along with our much sought after all new Batemans Bay 200m Fly patches.
 
Nominations to be in by the 21st June.
Fees; 1 class = $40-00, 2 classes = $70-00  (ie LG&HG or LG & Rimfire),
all 3 classes= $90-00. Juniors 1/2 price. Fees can be paid on arrival.
Bench numbers are limited so please nominate early to avoid disappointment.

Camping, $5-00 night. Hot showers, toilets, cooking facilities & electricity provided.
 
Please note; Maximum calibre is up to 8mm
 
Practice & Flag setup available Friday, (gates will be open from 10.30am)

Canteen will be open all weekend including breakfast each morning.

Just confirming centre fire is Saturday 27th, you have a couple of dates is all.

If it is the 27th I will be there with bells on

Can't wait to share the fly with great mates, hope there are lots of nominations and lots of records broken. Try and encourage as many shooters to come along.... See you all at the bay!

Things are looking good for a great weekend of shooting and socialising in the Bay.....

There are 49 nominations so far for Saturday and 33 for Sunday from a total of about 43 individuals.  There are still more that I know of to come....  If you haven't nominated yet.... please do so as soon as you can...

If you plan to come out to dinner with us Saturday night, please let me know so I can choose a venue and book.

Record Numbers !!

We are at 57 Nominations (capacity is 60) for Saturday and 38 for Sunday with a total of 50 individuals nominated.

Should be a good weekend.  If you are planning on attending and haven't nominated yet..... please let me know ASAP !!
