Match dates for 2012

OK lads lets have some dates for Fly shoots for 2012

Great Idea....

I am proposing June 23-24th and October 27-28th as the 2 Batemans Bay Major Fly Shoots.  

500 Centrefire on the Saturday and 200 Rimfire on the Sunday as per this year.

Still in the planning stage though.

Les has our dates - as always its the first Saturday in May and November. We keep pandering to our Northern collegues by avoiding the worst of Vic weather!

That's funny pete :).... I have been to Melbourne and had 40 c in January and also seen 13 degrees max and windy 2 days later..... The best of Vic weather can be 30 minutes before or after the worst.....

Does anyone know the dates for the 2 Canberra shoots.... my guess is the federal cup around 31 March and the Procal around 29 September .... but these are only guesses ?

I am compiling a Club Calendar and want to show these dates accurately.

Also have Wagga announced dates for their match ?

                                           It looks like the clubs are starting to get there shoot dates on paper
                                  when all the dates are  descided on it will be a great help to people like myself
                             to plan another fly shooting holiday
                                        thanks to all the shoot planers for their work in organising these shoots
                                 A list of SOTY shoots for the year will be appreciated

I have mine for Batemans Bay, Pete's for melbourne but that's it at this stage !!

Come on someone has to know canberra, wagga, brisbane etc's proposed dates !!

Great chappo.... Can't wait to come over and shoot there again.... was a great weekend last time.

That's Batemans Bay, Little River and Wagga dates sorted...

All we need now is Canberra, Brisbane and Townsville dates to lock in a Fly calendar for next year....

Yes, Batemans Bay is scheduled to have club fly matches as follows.

Jan 29 (Sunday) - 200m Rimfire fly
March 4th - (Sunday) 200m Rimfire Fly
April 28 & 29th (Saturday and Sunday) registered Club 500m & 200m Fly
May 27th (sunday) - 200m Rimfire Fly
June 23 & 24th is our NSW State Titles Fly shoot
July 29th (Sunday) 200m rimfire fly
September 30th (Sunday) 200m Rimfire Fly
October 27th & 28th - Our Second Major registered Fly shoot for the year
November 25 -(Sunday) Rimfire Fly

We also have a fox shoot on the 2nd weekend of every month .... great practice for match conditions !!

You are welcome to come over whenever you can.

Here are the dates for the Fly Shoots in Sydney for 2012 to be held at Silverdale Range

All Rimfire 200 Yards events and are not registered matches but we have a Monthly medal for the winner.

We have a small friendly relaxed group of dedicated Fly shooters who would love to see some of you come to our range and enjoy the new facilties at Silverdale.

We assemble at the Range at 8am on the morning of the shoot and draw the benches. We start at 9am with a warm up target and are completed by lunch time.
